Looks like an economical solution to rebuilding an existing fan of the proper type, however CHECK CAREFULLY! that it is the proper replacement. My N671 is the larger 8"x8-1/4", this is for the smaller 7-1/2"x 7-1/4".
If you have an older style fan it probably does move more air with less noise, if yours is newer it probably has little advantage there.
The price is certainly right, it is cheaper than a special ordered replacement motor for my fan. Just wish they had made one of the adapters to fit in my housing. I think I will make my own adapter since I bought the darn thing ( don't try this at home, kids - metal shop project ).
